Always a go-to video to lighten up our dressing room row!!
Thanks for the laughs Tammy ;)

OCTOBER DAYS

I guess I am officially a Vegas girl. Besides getting my Nevada drivers license and license plates this month, I also find myself calling this 70' degree weather winter and coldI even left my house this morning in a hoodie, leather jacket AND Uggs. Haha that's sad knowing my Utah peeps actually got snow today (surprisingly I was a little jealous..only a little though:) Anyways this month has flown by. I Can't believe Halloween is this Sunday...basically that means Christmas is around the corner. October was a rollercoaster of events and emotions to say the least. I sure did luck out with 3 trips to Utah! I love seeing my family and friends and just remembering what HOME feels like. Such a blessing! That is something I will never take for granted. For the last 6 years the best part of my Oct. has always been THRILLER. Even though I am no longer on Odyssey I will always do my best to see the show! I was able to see both casts this year and absolutely had a blast. I even took a field trip to St. George with some fellow Elvii and they all LOVED the show. There really is nothing like my ODT family. You all have a special place in my heart and are so very talented! Thanks for all the fun nights and fun Oct. times.. Bring on November! xoxo-a girl in the city

St. George loves!
Sad I didn't get a photo with my SLC cast:(

My field trip girlies...haha SO FUN!

My forever dance boyfriend..I sure do love this talented boy!

"Nothing fake here...WELL except my..." HAHA

Growing in light!

"That which is of God is light; and he that receiveth light, and continueth in God, receiveth more light; and that light groweth brighter and brighter until the perfect day"- D&C 50:24
What a remarkable plan- a light that grows "brighter and brighter until the perfect day." It speaks of growth, of development, of the march that leads toward godhood. What a profound challenge! We must go on growing. We must continually learn. It is a divinely given mandate that we go on adding to our knowledge. -Gordon B. Hinckley

I love the book" Stand A Little Taller". What a beautiful message and reminder to start off a perfectly normal Friday. Hope you have a wonderful day. xoxo- a girl in the city

a little photo fun..

It's soooo awesome to be surrounded by so many talented friends. You see I have this one friend I just adore and am currently REALLY sad she is leaving me for LA land. This past week we got to spend an evening doing a little photo shoot fun though. I can promise her photography and photo shop skills get ALL the credit. This girl is TALENTED. Thank you Chantel for making me look good haha I just LOVE you!

Lil' P-Nut .... this just makes me so happy!

A weekend to remember!

Conference on Sunday was amazing. I know it sounds cliche but I genuinely felt like every speaker was talking to me. I needed this day as a reminder and also as a testimony builder. I had had a rough week and was feeling quit down. Heavenly Father always knows when to step in. This is my Gratitude Journal. The sister felt like I wasn't being as grateful as I should be. Maybe thats where all my bad luck was coming from... turns out she was right. I took notes from every speaker in this Journal and its something I'll always be reminded by and grateful for. Thanks sister for the eye opener. I love you. We should all work on having an "Attitude of Gratitude"- President Thomas S. Monson

Monday Night my sweet friends treated me to Dinner and a movie for a late B-day Celebration. I love these girls. How did everyone know how much I love flowers and how that was a perfect gift for me this year?? I guess great minds think alike:) ps. Go see "Social Network"...super cool movie!

(other flowers from Family, Hayles, and Christina!)

MUG SHOT
This pic was me making an attempt for my new Nevada drivers license photo. I had to take the written test yesterday. Well, I really took it Monday but failed on the last question. I returned yesterday to redeem myself and passed with flying colors. If you haven't heard I recently had the cops over looking for me. Stupid missed court date. I thought it would be funny to do more of a mug shot but once I saw this photo I changed my mind. MUG is not my cutest look. All smiles it is for this chick.

Sick little guy :(
Yesterday morning (7am to be exact) Bentley was out back and barked for an hour straight. I finally stormed out of bed to get him and put him in the kennel. I made him stay in there till I was done sleeping. Such a mean mom I know! I let him out to play but noticed he was acting funny. I later found him laying here in is bed just looking at the blue siding. I picked him up and he just laid in my arms like a baby. He couldn't even lift his head up. Then I heard his little tummy going crazy. He looked at me with those puppy eyes and literally started to cry. Saddest thing ever haha. I hurry and took him out but he just laid in the rocks. I had to leave for work so I left him out there. Later I got a text for an upset roomie who HATES puppy poop. " Bentley just pooped EVERYWHERE..the runny kind" haha awe the little guy is so sick. How do you make him feel better???? And how do we clean the carpets???

I Need Thee Every Hour

"tears are just as important in this life as laughter"

(stole this pic from my sweet cousin Brynie)
This was taken Friday at Danny' Funeral.

Thoughts of this weekend:
-Funeral on Friday was beautiful
-So grateful for this Gospel
-addiction and drugs are so real
-always say I love you
-always support your family..near or far
-leave the" judgement" to Heavenly Father
-all most people want is to be accepted
-cherish the moments you spend together
-laugh together
-cry together
-BE together
-"I Need Thee Every Hour" will always and forever be my favorite Hymn
-always say prayers of gratitude, love, health, and family
-take a moment everyday to listen and feel the spirit
-Families are forever
- I LOVE MY FAMILY

Look up Jenny Jordan Frogley singing "I Need Thee Every Hour"
